Cast Metal letters and Logos

 Used to announce a business or building with a greater sense of permanency. Cast Metal Letters, in aluminum or bronze, are individually hand cast in non-polluting electric resistance furnaces. Prime aluminum and bronze ingot are hand poured into virgin sand molds at 1300 F and 2150 F respectively.

Flat Cut Out Metal letters and logos are available in a wide variety of materials: aluminum letters, bronze letters, brass letters, copper letters and stainless steel letters.

Pentium powered computers paired with the latest graphics and software replicate your most complex ideas. Your letters and logos are then either routed with CNC machinery or water jet cut. Water jet cutting uses softened water pressurized to 45,000 psi forced through an .010 orifice at 3 times the speed of sound. Flat Cut Out Letters are available in any height specified. Vinyl Lettering?
 

Vinyl lettering is ready to apply, self-adhesive lettering. Vinyl lettering comes pre-spaced in words or phrases as needed. Simply peel off the paper backing and the vinyl lettering will stick to the (Pre Applied) masking. Apply in one application. Once positioned correctly just smooth on firmly then remove the Masking, leaving the vinyl lettering.
